COVID Update for Empower Osteopathy.

We are operating, as usual, this week, although, we are taking a few steps to make our community safer.

Can I come to the clinic this week?

Yes, we are still operating as normal!

Can I cancel my appointment if I am unwell?

Yes, you can cancel your appointment or reschedule for another date if you have any concerns. You can still come to your appointment with a mask as long as you have no signs or symptoms of fever, coughing, sneezing, sore throat, fatigue, tiredness and so forth. If you are not feeling well, please stay at home.

What are the COVID Measures for Empower Osteopathy?

Empower Osteopathy is a hands-on clinic so we are taking the necessary steps to remain so. We request that patients use the hand sanitisers on arrival and departure of the clinic that we supply all year round for your convenience.

We are following all best practice measures to ensure the clinic is cleaner than ever before minimising any chances of transmitting the virus. Cleaning surfaces with a disinfectant in the treatment room, exercise equipment, doorknobs and waiting area are some of our standard procedures that are being carried out after each patient.

Our towels are also changed regularly and washed at high temperatures. Our primary focus is to keep you safe and in a risk-free environment when attending therapy.

We are closely monitoring the current WHO and QLD Government recommendations and updates on COVID-19.
