Can I cancel my appointment if I am unwell?

Yes, you can cancel your appointment or reschedule for another date if you have any concerns. You can still come to your appointment with a mask as long as you have no signs or symptoms of fever, coughing, sneezing, sore throat, fatigue, tiredness and so forth. If you are not feeling well, please stay at home.

What are cleaning measures for Empower Osteopathy?

We are following all best practice measures to ensure the clinic is cleaner than ever before minimising any chances of transmitting any virus. Cleaning surfaces with a disinfectant in the treatment room, exercise equipment, doorknobs and waiting area are some of our standard procedures that are being carried out after each patient. Our towels are also changed regularly and washed at high temperatures. Our primary focus is to keep you safe and in a risk-free environment when attending therapy.
